Liberals are already spreading Lies about the Supreme Court

Across both political aisles, everyone is looking at the Supreme Court. The nation’s highest court returns to in-person sessions for the first time since the beginning of the COVID pandemic.

Mainstream media outlets and liberals are already spreading propaganda that the conservative court is going to overturn or rule against their agenda. They want Americans to believe that the Supreme Court is committed to overturning Roe v Wade, force religion on Americans and allow anyone to carry guns anywhere they would like.

Conservatives are clinging to hope that there could be a chance Roe v Wade is overturned. They are hopeful for religious freedom to be upheld and for gun rights, granted by the Constitution, to be protected whether at home or in public.

While these are just a few of the high-profile cases that are on the docket, there is little to give insight or hope to either side. The radical left argues that it’s a 6-3 majority for Conservatives and everything is at risk. If we have seen anything from this court it is that nothing can be considered a certainty with these “conservative” justices.

I have said it many times, Chief Justice John Roberts is far from a conservative. He is a moderate at best and will easily side with the radical left agenda, even if only for the purpose of appearing “balanced.” He has ruled this way before and there is little reason to believe this time will be any different.

Three of the other conservative justices have also given some reason for pause. Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, while both much more conservative than Roberts, have not proven to align on all issues. They have been on opposite sides more than once in an opinion.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett has only been part of a few opinions since joining the court. She has seemed pretty reliable but has also had some questionable responses. She ruled against a challenge to the Affordable Care Act and has sided against taking up some cases that would be conservative hot topics in the past.

The most reliable conservatives on the court have been Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas. Both have been reliably conservative in almost all instances and have proved themselves with a solid track record.

So no, there is not a guaranteed 6-3 majority of conservatives on the court. While the liberal members will all stick together no matter the cause, the conservative justices have proved that they are willing to cross the aisle on multiple occasions. While some of these rulings may find a 5-4 majority in favor of conservatives, I do believe that we will see Roberts move to the liberal side and someone cross over with him to deal conservatives a blow on some of these cases.

On the few cases that conservatives do win, you can expect the propaganda to continue. You can expect the left-wing talk about stacking the court to continue. Because the radical left simply cannot suffer a defeat. If they are dealt a blow, they will simply change the rules until they get the outcome they desire.
